As taken by me. First morning service to Manly EX circular Quay 0620.
 
You really appreciate the size of a freshwater when your down on the water and one silently sneaks up and takes you on the fly.

Love the pics and get what you say about Freshwater class size up close, on Radar when Queenscliff rocked by quite close. Great thrill.

Great images.
I know I'm something of a minority but I reckon these are the best of the ferries.

Great images.
I know I'm something of a minority but I reckon these are the best of the ferries.

Too fat. Tom Mead in his book noted that the govt of the day ignored all the input from the experts when these were built. They look fine side on, but the hull configuration is all wrong for the task they do.
