Lady Manning was the second Lady vessel built for the Balmain New Ferry Company.

.After the take-over of the Balmain company by Sydney Ferries Ltd in 1917 she remained on the Balmain route until June of 1928. At that time, she was sold at auction for 100 pounds to the Tay Lighterage Company who broke her up shortly thereafter.
