More a launch than a ferry, Ripple was built for the Balmain route by
the Jeanneret family. She was sold to Henry Perdriau. Both of these
operated in the Balmain area so she likely worked on those routes.
She does not appear to have been on-sold to any of the succesors of
those companies, so her history between the late 1880's and the time
she was broken up is shadowy.
She was broken up in 1923.
